Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and 768abc ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the 768abc website, mobile interface, casino games, sports betting services, payment facilities, promotional offers, and any other features made available through the platform at 768abc.app.

768abc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify active account holders via the contact information associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated summary or communication, the English version shall prevail. The platform currency is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳), and all monetary references in these Terms are denominated in BDT unless otherwise specified.

By accessing or using 768abc, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only; (c) you are not acting on behalf of any third party; (d) the funds you use on the platform are not derived from illegal activity; and (e) you accept full legal and financial responsibility for all activity conducted through your 768abc account.

Section 2

Account Registration

To access real-money casino games, sports betting markets, and the 768abc cashier, you must first create a registered account. The registration process is completed through the 768abc Login page and requires accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension without notice.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the 768abc platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 768abc employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 768abc reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and confiscate balances held across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 768abc Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any other individual to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 768abc support immediately via live chat.

• Required information: Full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile phone number, and a functional email address.
• Verification documents: 768abc may request a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or Passport), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Verification timeline: Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal access restricted until verification is successfully completed. KYC processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
• One account per household: Only one registered account is permitted per household address and per device. Multiple accounts detected at the same IP address or device may be flagged for manual review.
• Account currency: All 768abc accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No other currency is supported.
• Account security: You are required to use a strong, unique password for your 768abc account and to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where it is offered. 768abc is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Section 3

Age Restriction

768abc is strictly an 18+ platform. Access to all real-money gambling features — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and the cashier — is limited exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. This restriction is absolute and is not subject to any exception or waiver.

During the account verification process, 768abc will request documentation confirming the account holder's date of birth. Where there is any reasonable doubt about a player's age, 768abc reserves the right to suspend account access and request additional verification at any time, including after an account has been active for an extended period.

If it is determined that an underage individual has accessed and used the 768abc platform — regardless of how the account was created or how access was obtained — 768abc will immediately close the account, void all gameplay, void all winnings, and return any net deposits to the payment method from which they originated, in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Any bonus funds credited to the account will be forfeited in full.

Adults who share devices with minors are advised to use the self-exclusion and account lock features available within the 768abc responsible gaming panel to prevent unauthorised access by underage individuals. 768abc strongly encourages the use of parental control software where devices are shared within a household that includes individuals under 18 years of age.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

768abc supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 768abc's discretion; the current list of supported methods is always displayed in the cashier section of the platform following the 768abc Login.

All transactions on the 768abc platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method and account verification status.

1. Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay credit to the player's 768abc wallet instantly upon successful authorisation of the mobile money transfer. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in the wallet, subject to card issuer processing times.
2. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 768abc payments team before processing. The standard review period is 1–24 hours for verified accounts. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
3. Withdrawal eligibility: Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. A minimum wagering activity requirement may apply to bonus-funded withdrawals — see Section 5 (Bonus Terms) for details.
4. Declined transactions: 768abc reserves the right to decline or delay any deposit or withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of declined transactions via their registered email address or through live chat.
5. Fees: 768abc does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees. 768abc is not responsible for any third-party fees incurred during the payment process.
6. Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) will be deducted from the dormant account's wallet until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

Section 5

Bonus Terms

768abc offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket-specific promotions timed around events such as the BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement for 768abc deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless a different requirement is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus — typically 14 to 30 days from the date of crediting.

• Eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, upon completion of the first qualifying deposit following successful account registration and KYC verification. One welcome bonus per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Casino slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) typically contribute 10%. Sports betting contributions vary by bet type — single bets at odds of 1.50 or above typically contribute 100%, while accumulator bets and certain market types may contribute at a reduced rate. The exact contribution table is published in the 768abc promotions section.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active in your wallet, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per sports bet is ৳1,000, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided.
• Bonus expiry: Uncompleted bonus wagering requirements expire at the end of the validity period. Expired bonus funds and any winnings attributed to them are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus abuse: 768abc actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-edge games to complete wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion between players, and placing offsetting bets across accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, 768abc reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.
• Withdrawal during active bonus: Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. Real-money funds remain withdrawable, subject to standard verification and withdrawal processing requirements.

Section 6

User Obligations

As a registered user of the 768abc platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that your use of 768abc is legal under the laws applicable to you, and that you are not in breach of any local, national, or international law by accessing or using the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 768abc platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and deception: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another individual, or submitting forged or altered identity documents during the KYC process.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access another player's account, using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way not explicitly permitted, or attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's software or infrastructure.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, sports betting market, or promotional offer — including but not limited to chip dumping, match fixing, and coordinated bonus exploitation.
• Money laundering: Using the 768abc platform to disguise, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. 768abc is required by applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities.
• Offensive conduct: Using abusive, threatening, racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive language in any communication channel associated with the 768abc platform, including live chat and any player-facing community features.
• Commercial use: Using the 768abc platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling access, operating as an agent on behalf of other players, or using the platform's odds or data feeds for commercial analysis without prior written consent from 768abc.

768abc operates on a good-faith basis with its player community. Players who encounter technical errors, pricing errors, or apparent malfunctions that create an unintended advantage are expected to notify support immediately rather than exploit the error. Winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error may be voided by 768abc upon investigation, even if the funds have already been credited to the player's wallet.

Section 7

Account Closure & Suspension

Players may close their 768abc account at any time by submitting a written closure request via the live chat support channel or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of the closure request will be returned to the player's verified payment method, less any pending bonus obligations, provided that all KYC verification requirements have been met.

768abc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the user obligations set out in Section 6.
2. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by 768abc following a verification request.
3. Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual or household.
4. Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
5. Chargebacks initiated by the player's payment provider — accounts subject to unresolved chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation, and any associated balances will be frozen.
6. Self-exclusion request by the player under the responsible gaming programme (see Responsible Gaming for full details).
7. Court order, regulatory direction, or other legally binding instruction requiring 768abc to close the account.

Where an account is closed by 768abc due to a proven breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full if the breach involved fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or collusion. In all other cases of platform-initiated closure, net real-money deposits (i.e., deposits minus withdrawals already processed) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 768abc's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 768abc account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

768abc shall not be liable — under any legal theory — for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) any damages arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, game RTP figures, or promotional information; (d) any interruption or unavailability of the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. 768abc does not guarantee any outcome in any casino game or sports betting market. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live event results, as applicable. The house edge and RTP figures published for each game reflect long-run statistical averages and do not represent a guarantee of returns to any individual player over any specific session or time period.

The 768abc platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is secure, accurate, and continuously available, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches. Players are advised to take their own precautions — including maintaining current antivirus software and using secure network connections — when accessing the 768abc platform from their devices.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 768abc to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 768abc with respect to your use of the platform.
